      Pros

      The job offers a lot of autonomy; you see patients and make decisions based on your own clinical judgment. Good sign on bonus.

      Cons

      Poor reimbursement for gas mileage; since UHC merged with them last year, the changes are extreme and taxing. They give poor raises and no additional incentives. It’s all downhill.
