      A good work life balance

      Directors that shouldn’t be in their roles; got there because of friends Micromanaging for a job of professionals; treats employees like a 3rd grade class Pay is lower than average Training is non existent Engagements are useless; nothing is ever done with results No room for growth Benefits are pricey There is so much wrong with home office. Consider doing exit surveys to find out why the retention is horrible.
