      Caring group umbrella under larger group. Genuinely caring and helpful from all levels. Supportive management and leadership. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Long drives. At home work. Entering people's homes, some very unsanitary.

      Love the people in the agency. Corporate and executive leadership not so much.

      It has become all about the money, employees now feel like they're just a number. Micromanaging x 100!!!
