Decent pay, okay benefits...that's about it.

Cons

Administrative call offers you NO time for a life! You're on call literally 24/7 for a week straight and have to work your regular hours. You'll get no sleep getting phone calls from people that aren't even patients and constant calls from field staff at all times of the night!

Pros

The patients need our help, wish the resources were allocated to provider that care adequately. Benefits package is decent. 401 matching is good.

Cons

A large group of liars and cheats. If you want to be screwed by productivity and pay this is the company for you. Leadership is a bunch of snakes in the grass. Systems are in the dark ages, expectations are unrealistic. Leadership does not live up to vision of the company.

My particular department was absolutely great! We were a family.

Cons

The people at the top have forgotten what it's like to not be at the top. You cannot fund your acquisitions with the merit increases you froze from your employees nor can you save money by implementing a hiring freeze right when you are in the middle of said major acquisition.
