Unorganized, lack of communication, scheduling is an absolute mess by the director of nursing for multiple offices, unwelcoming office environment, director promises one thing while doing another

They expect one person to do staffing, payroll, billing, filing, answering the phones, intake, putting together charts, auditing charts, HR, interviews, hiring, firing, orientation, answer phones, and be On-Call. They don’t pay nearly enough for what they expect you to do. Upper management will work you to the bone and then scoff at you when you ask for a raise. Also, don’t believe the good reviews. They get office employees to write them.
