      Pros

      I really felt like I was making a difference in patient's lives while working as a RN with LHC Group. I learned so much about multiple disease processes during my time with this company.

      Cons

      I felt constant pressure to work extra days and longer days. It got to be where I was always feeling guilty about not working more than what I agreed to. My hours were changed without my knowledge or consent. had to choose between my family or my job. I felt very under valued and underappreciated. The way my branch talks to each other is really unprofessional.
