      Honestly there are no pros.

      Cons

      Took over conemaugh HH in Johnstown. Absolutely terrible in every way. no communication, constant changes with no notice prior. Poor "integration", taught us hardly anything yet wanted us to sign off that we were taught. I took a huge paycut to get out of there, it was a living nightmare

      Pros

      Independent, work schedule flexibility, friendly co workers, but you are mostly on your own in the field anyway. If you really need a job and can't get it anywhere else.

      Cons

      Terrible scheduling, frequent changes without your consent, too much travelling and still expecting the same quota, not much about patient care, more about bottom line.
