      Remove the board and other executives, regroup with fresh faces to halt the ever growing expansion. Return to the real reason for home health, people not wealth

      It's all about the money - NOT the patient. If you love nursing and providing excellent patient care this is NOT the company for you.

      Office Culture is small, creates a comfortable atmosphere

      Cons

      We work way too many hours. PRN I work 8 hours a day in the field and come home and work another 8 hours documenting, making phone calls, answering emails, we should get paid for the time we spend at home. Its overwhelming
