      Pros

      Good management. Great compensation and benefits. They listen to their staff (at least for the branch I worked for). They are all have good work ethics and work integrity. People complain about their voluminous trainings/courses but I think I've learned the most from this company than any other.

      Cons

      As with any other home health settings, scheduling is always a challenge. But they always strive to make it better. Some things are just beyond their control.

      Pros

      Things will get better if they find managers that are competent.

      Cons

      Worst company to work for. All they care about is money, money!!!! How they can do more with less. They're very cheap. Staff can't find supplies to work with. All you hear is they are losing money, they need to cut. Managers at the IPU have no clue what they're doing. Staff are overworked, stressed with no support. All the great employees left.

      Pros

      Great pay. Stable case load and then some. Company car (employee paid $75 per pay period). Home care home base documentation. Schedule flexible at times (when census is low)

      Cons

      Less than par insurance. Extremely rural/dangerous area. too large of a service area (7 counties). Not enough staff for census. No prn staff to help when need off. Poor management on several levels. This company or I should say branch is all about numbers not patient care and needs. No incentives or bonuses no matter how good you do. Have to wear same color uniform daily.
