      Uncaring and Unsupportive environment

      Pros

      Can't think of anything except I didn't have to physically travel to work and see unsupportive faces.

      Cons

      Management is a complete joke, favoritism is rampant, micromanaging and negative always!! Oracle is an utter and complete mess and those who have worked to set it up should be fired. "Rules" change in a heartbeat and they dismiss loyal employees who are on FMLA days before the holiday ... CRUEL sums it up!

      Cons

      Management is immature and has no organizational skills. There is no documentation of any conversations that take place about performance. They do not fix any problems that are brought to them.

      Watch out for the bait and switch , keep this one in your rear view mirror.

      Pros

      Some staff truthful about management’s dishonesty and tactics used.

      Cons

      Bait and switch and tactics used on staff upon hire, then… then real demands of the position appear. Unrealistic productivity demands in unsustainable large areas , forced to travel in daily to meet productivity, if unmet, sanctioned penalties. Inefficient scheduling. The worst experience ever.
