The people pillar is a JOKE. Corporate doesn’t care about agency level staff whatsoever. You reach out to home office for guidance and you get 7 different answers because no one knows how to streamline processes. They treat all employees like a number. They want to hire as little staff as possible, for minimum to average pay, doing the work of 4 people and then have the audacity to complain and nag when it’s not done to the liking of the RVP. RVP is literally no support and never visits agency except to come in and pass scrutiny.

Toxic work environment. No clear communication. Training was horribly executed. Certain staff favored over others. If you don’t fit in with the office group they will find a way to push you out. Poorly managed.
