Non existent HR presence. Schedulers will add cases to your day without your knowledge. You get paid by Google mileage estimates, not actual mileage. No pay for processing buddy codes daily, adds up to thousands of dollars yearly. Nursing frequencies and plan of care changed if short staffed without MD knowledge. Nursing responsible for Social Work needs of patients. Will make nurses on call see patients they couldn’t fit on the schedule during the day. Very poor staff morale. No team building. No respect for nurses. Complaints not addressed by management.
