      My fellow nurses are very sweet and caring

      Cons

      Management is full of lies, they have matrix they use to tell us how many visits the patients can have so they can make as much money as possible. We have to GET PERMISSION to have extra nurse visits even if the patient truly needs it. Medicare sham all around! Not sure how what they do isn’t illegal

      Pay is above average Nurses are good at their job Great physical therapist team Good occupational therapy team Not too early or morning meetings

      Cons

      Company is more about point system and getting new admissions than actual patient care. Company would rather keep getting new admits than make sure that they have the staff to covet census. Bad scheduling.
