      only 6 paid holidays a year, would like 1 or 2 more holidays

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great. Best paid time off system I have ever worked for and PTO is encouraged to maintain your mental health. I get great support from the home office team and they listen to my complaints and my concerns. My team of clinicians and back-office staff make my job easier. We all work together for the good of our patients.

      Cons

      Healthcare is hard. I have a great team with some clinicians having longevity, but sometimes it is hard to keep field staff. The cuts Medicare is making also makes it hard to provide for the patients the way HH has done in the past. Not LHC's fault.

      Pros

      There are tons of opportunities for advancement with LHC Group. They are very supportive and always make sure that the patient remains the main focus, not the money.

      Cons

      Not many cons, but for potential applicants, if you are not interested in meeting and crushing goals, working hard, maintaining high standards with your work then you would not want to work for LHC Group.
