      Pros

      LHC Group has been a great company to work for. There are many opportunities for professional growth and advancement. The management team is responsive and everyone is truly committed to helping others.

      Cons

      While I do not see this as a con, I think it's important to point out that we do work hard and at a fast pace. You will be expected to be productive and will be held accountable.

      This is a great company company to work for in today's ever changing health care world. We have great leadership that is invested in it's employees. We want to employ the best of the best because that is what it takes to provide high quality care for our patients who deserve nothing less. LHC has a great home office support system to keep us informed, up to date and compliant across the health care continuum.
