      Pros

      I have more resources when I have questions. There is a department for everything, so there are people who work on specific areas all the time, so you have more accurate answers when you have questions. My health insurance is a little cheaper.

      Cons

      In my experience, my retirement benefit was not matched as it was with the smaller company I was with. My pay was cut by a significant amount when we were merged with another branch and I am still doing. No Christmas bonus. Sometimes I feel like a number, not a valued employee

      I've been employed with LHC Group for nearly 20 years. If that doesn't speak loudly enough for itself, then I'll raise the volume a bit. Longevity with a company speaks volumes in my book. LHC Group has provided me the opportunity to excel in my career in nursing as an RN in the Clinical Director (Branch Manager) position for the past 9-10 years. Prior to that, I served as a PCR and Patient Care Manager. There's nothing like having the sense of stability in the company you work for. LHC Group has provided that to me for many years because it is one of the largest leading U.S. home healthcare companies in the industry. I am both happy and proud to say that I am a part of the LHC Group family! If you're looking for a good, sound company to work for, LHC Group just might be the place for you.
