      Pros

      LHC has a great culture of recruiting and hiring the best in the business. The corporate culture is one the promotes a person's professional growth. A employees opinions are heard and respectes. Often when I have voiced concerns my manager has taken the time to hear me out and work with me to resolve them.

      Cons

      Every employee is held to a high standard and at times it can be stressful to meet expectations.

      Pros

      Company of integrity, best management resources and fair wages.

      Cons

      No short cuts like smaller HH agencies in our small town and I-train or orientation requirements deter nurses from hiring on PRN. infor is too slow for our big company- takes 2 days sometimes to order supplies.

      Culture of family. Hospital and Home Office Administration provides great support. Excellent resources to help me get my job done.

      Some long-term managers from previous acquisitions are slow to adopt LHC culture shift.
