Thank you for the feedback. In 2017 we provided merit increases based on the team members anniversary date. Each department is provided a budget for merit increases and will reward employees based on their contributions/performance throughout the year. Since I have worked with LHC Group, we have provided merit increases every year. LHC Group is proud of our home office and field staff including our IT department. We operate on 6 Pillars of Excellence: People, Service, Quality, Efficiency, Growth and Ethics. Our team has the opportunity to touch/influence each of these pillars on a daily basis and we believe that not one pillar is more important than another. Every team member, every department, every patient is of equal importance. This our balanced approach and why we believe we are the best health care company. Should you have additional questions or an opportunity to discuss your experience further, please contact me directly at 337-262-4857. Thank you again for your feedback.

"Morale is bad at Home Office"

Pros

Decent Supervisor Job Experience Good for someone without any

Cons

Stepping stone type company( Get your experience and leave for better) Upper management, CEO, owner, stakeholders, ALL executives, pay, more below. Pay is at bottom 25% or lower. IT ServiceDesk Pay = WAY lower than $18 hour avg for Lafayette area. Janitors there make more than IT does. You get to work and feel unsatisfied. Many people around you have a negative attitude towards the company bringing your own morale down.

Thank you for the feedback. In 2017 we provided merit increases based on the team members anniversary date. Each department is provided a budget for merit increases and will reward employees based on their contributions/performance throughout the year. Since I have worked with LHC Group, we have provided merit increases every year. Our $5 jeans day is to support our "Purpose Fund" which assists team members in the the time of need. $5 jean day is not mandatory and staff can choose to follow the dress code policy of business casual or donate $5 to our "Purpose Fund" to wear jeans. We evaluate compensation on a routine basis and will remain competitive in the 300+ locations we serve. There are many factors that go into a team member's compensation package including but not limited to: education, training, experience, skill level and the geographic market they serve. We are a proud organization and we believe in each of our team members. Our Sr. Leadership team has an "open door" policy and they are always willing to meet and discuss opportunities with every one of our 15,000 family members. Thank you again for the feedback!
