      No Holidays, Somewhat flexible schedule, Skills assets, up to date technology/ documentation, close patient interaction, advancement opportunities, well educated office staff

      Cons

      Patients and Employees are not priorities, employees are expected to work after hours with no extra pay, clinical staff continuously having to explain to management why the cheapest care wasn’t provided to increase profitability,

      Pros

      LHC Group is the first company I've worked for that truly cares for all their employees and patients that we are fortunate to take care of. Although LHC Group is a nationwide company, they still have a small town feel in how they make each employee feel important and needed.

      Cons

      LHC Group being a joint commission company, they hold themselves to higher standards than your typical companies. They always expect your best attitude and effort on a daily basis.
