      No appreciation nor compensation of hard work and caring for patients

      Pros

      Branch manager was wonderful but has left.

      Cons

      Long hours, poorly staffed, no appreciation or compensation of 60-70 plus hour weeks, no back up and feeling if you say need help, you have failed and can be easily replaced. Having to carry multiple job titles and not being compensated for even one position Unprofessional behavior in the "select" goes unnoticed while others are left to do the work.

      My direct manager was great. My PCM was great……that’s where it stops

      Cons

      1. ED has way too much say over sales with zero help when really needed 2. You can’t grow without staff. I was expected to grow a territory with zero clinicians in the area. 3. The ED and office manager are besties and constantly would cover for each other. Our office was left without a nurse in house (against LHC policy) and the non clinical office manager made clinical decisions. 4. The lack of communication between the office staff/field staff/intake and sales was to the detriment of the company. 4. It’s easy to blame sales for lack of growth when operations can manipulate budget numbers. 5. Operations could use a refresher on CMS guidelines. A patient starting dialysis doesn’t remove home bound status. That shouldn’t even be a fight sales has to have.
