-Pay is awful and raises are 2-3%
-PTO and holidays is the lowest anywhere I have worked. You accrue 3 hours per pay pd and 5 holidays. Managers have to work occasional Sundays to do payroll if it falls near a holiday
-Constant changes. Processes change monthly so once you learn it, it changes again and again.
-They expect you to do the role of multiple full time positions including yours for no additional compensation.
-They do not care about their employees - laying them off same day with no notice. (No, not me)
-Terrible, surface level training on how to do your job. Add that to everything constantly changing, you never know how to do what you need to do 100%
-Always understaffed so no coverage on sick or vacations days and they every day expect you to go above and beyond - for a 2% raise (3% if you're really lucky!)
-Management retaliates if you say no to doing an extra full time position without oay by letting go of someone in your office and then you have no choice but to do an extra full time position - or quit.
-Technology issues constantly and a lengthy new hire process for the manager
-Management pushes you to accept any and all referrals even if you don't have all the documentation and it will later be a write off.
-Lack of compassion and empathy. You are just a body to do work there. They let someone go and immediately demand you to remove them as a worked not a minute later.
-THEY REWARD HIGH PERFORMERS WITH MORE WORK (NOT LENDING A HAND TO SOMEONE - AN ACTUAL FT ROLE) AND NO EXTRA PAY.
