      Run! Terrible leadership

      I have worked with some amazing human beings that are like family.

      Cons

      Sales and Operational leadership in Florida is abominable. They don't care about patients or employees, only their bottom line. They run their employees to the dirt expecting them to work 7 days a week. Micromanagement is unlike anything I have ever encountered in my professional career. Clinicians are leaving by the droves. They work everyone to the bone yet budget doesn't warrant another clinician to send some reprieve. It allows them to weed out managed care patients. They are only interested in prime payers like Medicare and VA. Only interested in $$$. Patient does not come first.

      Nothing worthwhile here other than pressure and stress and money meaning more than patients.

      This company does not care about employees or patients. Nothing but pure greed.
