      working with patients in a home. mileage rate 45 cents / mile

      Cons

      lowest points in home health field. 75/ visit, soc 2.25, eval 1.0 (nurses are paid more per visit than therapists) 10 hour day expected, defer office staff duties onto field staff, 26 points are required but drive time is not considered into work life balance. meetings are not given points, increase time into the day. greensboro branch poorly ran and communication poor.

      Great pay, nice work environment, lots of resources.

      Cons

      Too many meetings, cannot get actual work done when there are back-to-back meetings daily, which inhibits daily job responsibilities being fulfilled. Upper management always wants to "jump on a call, schedule a meeting." Really takes away from caring for our patients and our clinicians - those who need us most. Most times you're in a meeting, and management says, "ok let's schedule a meeting about that." A meeting about a meeting, why so many meetings? Then, work does not get done, so then there is a meeting about work not getting done.

      Okay place to work

      Great people Great place work environment

      Cons

      Low pay. Very low yearly raises. Cheap company. They do not invest in their employees. No monetary rewards or gifts. Special appreciation weeks, holidays party’s are nonexistent.
