      Pros

      I have been an employee at LHC Group for 18 years. While employed with LHC I have held many different management positions. I know firsthand that LHC is a very solid operational and ethically run healthcare company. LHC is ranked # 1 in quality star ratings and patient satisfaction compared to our public ally traded peers. I have to share what I love the most about working for LHC is the culture. We make it a focus to preserve and maintain our culture of quality focused patient care and being an employee advocate

      I think LHC has the same struggles as any other post acute care organization however I think we do a better job of using our best resources, our people.
