      Pros

      It has a good atmosphere, very nice coworkers, direct supervisor is a generous person who treats those beneath her very kindly.

      Cons

      You're just a number to those at home office, no room to grow into a higher position, I almost feel like I was set up to fail.

      Honestly there are no pros.

      Cons

      Took over conemaugh HH in Johnstown. Absolutely terrible in every way. no communication, constant changes with no notice prior. Poor "integration", taught us hardly anything yet wanted us to sign off that we were taught. I took a huge paycut to get out of there, it was a living nightmare
