      Patient care comes first, Evidence based practice, industrial leaders in healthcare, Care for staff, family oriented environment, advancement opportunities, competitive pay/benefits (better than you can imagine), flexibility, autonomy, formed relationships with your patients to better assist them to a healthy life, challenging/rewarding career, satisfaction in truly knowing that what you do has an amazing impact on the patient and their loved ones

      Cons

      paperwork (electronic), high operational tempo, drive time in rural areas, non-compliant patients (but that's part of the challenge, right?)

      Pros

      I love my patients, I'm in this field to show older people there are people that care about them even tho they are getting older and need help , my co workers have been super nice , the morning call is a new experience for me it's very helpful ,

      Cons

      No major cons at this time on my field but sounds like other fields are jammed with visits so I think more staff is needed but as myself I'm adjusting to the new company since I have only worked 1 other since I event licence and stayed there till close
