      Pros

      Flexible schedule, ability to build your own business and territory, other sales representatives also motivated and similar background.

      Cons

      No leadership from management, (mine was let go after 2 months on the job and never replaced before I left), no training or mentoring, everyone replaceable after just a few months on the job. Revolving door mentality. Let go after just 6 months. Base pay low and then reduced even more with little production to a commission type structure.
