      Pros

      Regional managers loved to meet and were open to suggestions and really listened to employees.

      Cons

      Local management was not so great.

      Pros

      great company to work for. get your foot in the door at clinical level and can work yourself up if desired. Love LHC group upper managers!

      Cons

      LHC grew very fast in 2000-2010 years and lost some of its personable touches from senior management to the local agency managers. Also allowed sales/marketing to dictate clinical care when patient wasn't eligible or needed homecare. Area director needed to support the clinical decisions of the DON or Branch manager and not rely on the opinion of sales/marketer.
