      Pros

      You are pretty much left to do your own thing. So far I haven't had any problems in the field.

      Cons

      The pay sucks, for a RN with over 30 years experience who brought them a 24/7 nursing case they said the most they could pay me was $19/ hour, and although I work over 75 miles away they could not pay mileage. What's worse is I just found out the LPN's that are working the case with me are making more than me at $20/hour. This is no way to treat a reliable, experienced nurse!!!

      Great staff and company. Provided a lot of hands on and computer training. Good pay and benefits

      Had to drive an extreme amount of hours primarily due to where I lived in comparison to work

      Poor communication, high turnover, lies about pay scale and coverage area. Bait and switch when it comes to pay and coverage area.
