      Most poorly run agency I have seen

      Pros

      Fair compensation, auto program, clean bathrooms, copier works , pasteries at meetings, paycheck is on time. Telephones work , heating and air work. that's all the pros I can think of

      Cons

      Southern Illinois region was nothing but a daily nightmare. Poor management in general. Therapy has no real leadership. Therapy management was flying by seat of pants. Nearly all therapy staff has quit in Marion and Mt. Vernon offices. Poor ethics . Company has history of medicare abuse. Medical insurance was no bargain.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule ( I can pick when I see the paints as I schedule with them), lots of autonomy, great EMR that is always improving that even maps out all my visits for me, family like atmosphere, focused on high quality care. They also are very forward looking into where healthcare is going and implementing telehealth as another means of patient monitoring.

      Cons

      Wish I got to know our leadership team more as they seem very intelligent and down to earth people. They are doing a road show this year which is a step in the right direction and is appreciated.
