      Pros

      Office Culture is small, creates a comfortable atmosphere

      Cons

      We work way too many hours. PRN I work 8 hours a day in the field and come home and work another 8 hours documenting, making phone calls, answering emails, we should get paid for the time we spend at home. Its overwhelming

      I have no positive things to say as this was the worst experience in my entire career.

      Cons

      Dreadful. Very poor orientation. Worked in Home Care. Schedule was not feasible: 7 pt's and 6.5 hrs driving and they just said I had to do it. Support staff very rude. Had to continually address issues. RVP even made changes as my complaints were valid and occurrences witnessed. Payroll incorrect or support staff did not get it in on time ( I had done my part ) though they got their's in perfectly. Would not recommend them to anyone, ever. Worst experience in 25 years of working as a therapist.
