      Pros

      Ability to grow and opportunities that challenge and stretch you beyond what you even thought possible. LHC invests in its people and raises its leaders to have a servant heart.

      Cons

      No real evident challenges, as LHC has afforded me a fullfilling nursing career with endless resources available to me and their values are in line with my values. My 18 years with the same company is a testimony of my work environment.

      Pros

      The work is certainly rewarding and LHC Group seems to honestly be in this for the right reasons but what makes this company unique his the culture. Though in 30 states now, it still somehow feels like a mom & pop store. The founders are still running day to day with the same goal.

      Cons

      Communication is not always what it needs to be. Please continue to work on it. Also continue to listen to the employees on every level.
