      It's a job if you need one bad.

      Cons

      • Those that dare speak up are told things will change but then are covertly punished. Sneaky back-stabbing branch management • Health insurance is terrible; Benefits are the worst I have ever experienced. • If you are not branch management, prepare to be bullied. The system they use makes no sense and is at best horrid. However this company cannot seem to get its act together. • No real opportunity for growth. • .The longer the person is there, the more they screw them over. When a great employee retired the company never offered even simple thanks. • Unethical • High turnover • Upper management continues to avoid some real issue regarding a few employees who continue to harass and steal business from other employees. Managements answer to this issue has been to just ignore that person and continue focusing on your job duties even though this person has continued time after time to openly harass/stealing business from other employees. • Is not an organization that encourages forward thinking individuals who want to bring this company into the 21st century. The management team at all levels is stuck in the “it’s always been done this way or it’s the LHC way and it works” rut that has placed this organization in jeopardy of losing its market place.

      Administration Problems

      You most likely won't get fired, great schedule if there are enough patients for you to work

      Cons

      Problems with the staff are rarely taken care of, reporting employees for poor work gets you nothing. It seems like the employees can get away with anything (poor patient care, errors, etc.) without reprimand. The pay is comparable to similar jobs, but there are no bonuses, no perks, and barely a raise to speak of. We get a plain t shirt and a party (where we provide the food) for Christmas every year. I've been there almost 4 years and I now make about $2 more than I started at following the company's annual raise schedule. The benefits are a joke. For just myself, I pay around $80/pay period for the lowest tier insurance. The home office is very helpful however, I have had issues and contacted the home office and they generally resolve the problems very quickly. I wish the integrity passed down to the local administration as well.

      What's old is new again

      Pros

      OK pay, computerized charting, able to get out of the office. Great one on one with patients.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, the blantant disrespect for fellow staff members. High school like mentality.
