      Pros

      Everyone works together as a team for the good of the company, option of company car if you are traveling between visits each day, good work-life balance and the executives value the work being done by everyone.

      Cons

      I would say a challenge is getting everyone together on short notice because we are all spread throughout the country and different time zones.

      Pros

      Fair compensation, auto program, clean bathrooms, copier works , pasteries at meetings, paycheck is on time. Telephones work , heating and air work. that's all the pros I can think of

      Cons

      Southern Illinois region was nothing but a daily nightmare. Poor management in general. Therapy has no real leadership. Therapy management was flying by seat of pants. Nearly all therapy staff has quit in Marion and Mt. Vernon offices. Poor ethics . Company has history of medicare abuse. Medical insurance was no bargain.
