Upper management are very corporate, far away from patient care with unrealistic expectations. Some upper management are aggressive and not supportive, have seen bulldozing. Too many emails and updates from corporate to keep up with. Lots of turnover due to burnout. Frequent changes in management. Caseload is unreasonable most of the time, drivetime is often longer than visits.

Where do I start… state directors, VPs and positions higher have a lack of awareness of the daily business operations and functions needed to successfully. They don’t value the field staff that actually provide the services that bring in revenue and they don’t disperse the federal funds that came in for the field staff for bonuses. Other departments implement new processes without testing them first which lead to bigger problems across the entire company. Stay away from this company. They clearly have no clue about the business they’re thriving to run.
