Flexibility with scheduling patients daily

Cons

very demanding, constant emails daily, changing policies weekly, rude upper mgmt, and scheduler. No set territories, expected to see an unreasonable amount of patients daily. Point system is unfair.

No positives to working here.

Cons

The leadership is terribly toxic. Especially in hospice. Bullying is allowed to occur and people get fired after addressing issues with hr. All they want are yes people. They don't want people who have any kind of emotional or business intelligence working for then. Stay far away.

helping vulnerable seniors, office and field teams work well together

Cons

Company doesn't pay nurses and therapists what they are worth. Excessive productivity standards and other penny-pinching tactics result in compromised care for patients. Overall toxic work environment. Corporate leaders are located in Louisiana and totally out of touch with field office teams.
