      Pros

      The people are really nice and you get to work with your team and other teams to get your job done. They also do treat employees to free food like employee appreciation months or just random events throughout the year.

      Cons

      The pay is really low in terms of being able to live in Louisiana, as well as there is high turnover rate. There is no overtime except for maybe 1 to 2 times a year and there is no bonuses or commissions.

      The nurses working here are great.

      Cons

      The charting system is outdated and obnoxious. The company relies on staff to fill open positions for free (no added salary) when people quit and someone has to do their job.

      Large organization for internal transfers And for assistance Education opportunities

      Cons

      Creates a negative culture Favoritism by HR to leadership No follow up/consequences for hostile leadership No regard for work life balance Unfair pay to salary employees asking to work multiple times off the clock
