      Independent work environment , fulfilling career.

      Cons

      Rough on your vehicle. Fee for visit income less compared to hourly. Income does not meet hours spent performing the job.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment for my specific branch, love my coworkers, so much career opportunities (they love promoting within)

      Cons

      Payroll department: multiple issues of not getting paid on time for different employees and is VERY VERY VERY slow to respond to issues via email. Higher Up Management: they are unrealistic in their goals for certain branches. They expect every branch to be the same, they don't appreciate their employees like they should. If you do your job well then you just get more work added to you without the compensation for it

      Very approachable and understanding management, happy to teach you.

      Cons

      Working M-F plus on call. During the week no opportunity to schedule next day visits, only after 5pm and that took my time from my family to spend 2 hrs every night to make next day schedule.
