      Pros

      Manager was awesome but they let everyone go and shut down the business a couple years after they bought it.

      Cons

      Pay was lousy, pay raises laughable, telecommuted for 4 years then the whole office was forced to start working in the office during the prime of COVID!!!! While other companies were moving their employees to work at home for everyone's safety, LHC decided to bring us all back into the office to ensure more productivity from the people in the phones. They would not allow us to take any time off when they were short staffed which was often. Few career opportunities for non clinical staff.
