Nice teams across the board, lots of flexibility and openness.

Cons

Very old fashioned processes that hold you back in sales. For such a huge company umbrella LHH have a backwards approach. They do not drink their own champagne in terms of leadership - some of the worst leadership I have ever witnessed.
