Business Outlook
Pros
It is like having your own business with the support of a respected global brand. You literally make your own success but don't have to do it all on your own. The company has really shown how it values people during the pandemic. They have INCREASED benefits coverage for fitness and mental health. We moved to remote seamlessly... hardly a hiccup.
Cons
Not a con of LHH.... but I miss being able to see my colleagues on a regular basis.
