Since you joined LHH we have overhauled our onboarding process to reflect the new working environment that our employees work in. This includes a buddy scheme and clear stages to the onboarding process. Our regular Peakon surveys are designed purely to improve our employee experience and all feedback is taken on board and actioned where possible.
