Pros

Good Training Program, lots of technology to facilitate recruiting, great team environment.

Cons

Lots of internal reorganization of leadership. Can be a little disorienting for an employee who is looking for a solid mentor

Pros

Flexibility, interesting assignments, and helping clients develop new skills, leadership and otherwise, to become more effective in both professional and personal lives. Depending on location within the organization and assignments, consultants may have the opportunity to work with the best of the best executive coaches, leadership development consultants and career coaches.

Cons

Organization uses a managed healthcare model to provide client services, which means that executive coaches and consultants may not have the flexibility (time) to provide the quantity of services that clients need to be successful Client contact hours are prescribed and closely monitored to not exceed the scope of internal limits, which typically are not shared with clients.
