Pros

Excellent place to make good money, but you do have to work for it! Good flexibility for those who earn it. Lovely people, very transparent leadership. Laurie Chamberlin is awesome. She is available and answers our questions, even if the questions are tough.

Cons

If you don't like being held accountable, you won't like it here. Also, the company has been going through a lot of change, which can be a bit confusing at times, but management holds lots of town halls and Ask Me Anything sessions to keep us up to date.

Pros

Good benefits and work life balance.

Cons

Very cut throat and all of the seasoned recruiters have the inroads to most of the companies that use in the area. It is like a race to get the best candidates and the new recruiters always lose out. They say it is a 6 figure job, but it is very rare that someone gets there.
