Coworkers are mostly great but that's about it

Ever changing priorities and reorgs, no pay increases, way too many levels of leadership, terrible management, micromanagement is the LHH way.

Most offices are remote and provide flexibility

Cons

It's hard to maintain culture with a company this size. European ownership is disinterested and when interested the cultural differences create inefficiencies and dissatisfaction among employees. High turnover at the manager level and multiple levels of managers who appear to do nothing. Benefits are not great and if you are looking for training - well you are pretty much on your own.

Market concept is a good idea, LHH salespeople are very good.

Cons

Parent company ADECCO laid of more than 100 finance, legal, HR and IT positions and sent to Bangalore India. ADECCO treated those in transition to losing their jobs as the enemy. Salaries for years before were way below market value.
