Constant micromanaging, always go set ready, senior leadership is so out of touch with the reality of their employees running desks that it’s an ongoing joke throughout the entire company with individual contributors. Things used to be really great here but the reorgs and change in IT, and more has done a lot of damage. Laurie the President went from being incredibly well liked to incredibly disliked. Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to work here anymore.

- The company "culture" was very toxic. They made it seem as if they are a family when they do not care about you at all. - They only tell you what you are doing wrong throughout training and do not give a way to fix what you are struggling with - They only have a certain number of people they are able to "graduate" from the training classes. 35 people start every month and 4 people graduated from my class. Everyone else either quit due to the toxic work environment or got fired due to lack of client meetings. - They expect you to have 10-15 new client meetings every week and when you do not hit that, you will be threatened with getting fired.
