      Remote, but it comes at a cost

      KPIs are unreasonable and everyone on your team will tell you so. Training is unrealistic and is a in the “perfect” setting so you have to take it upon yourself to learn the job colleagues and hope they care and want to take the time with you You can be sending great candidates to to your job orders and if they aren’t chosen then they treat you like you are doing your job. All they care about is $$$$$$ Great people but senior management is forcing layoffs to individuals who haven’t been with the job for a full year to cut cost Everyone will tell you it took them 1 or two years to get the hang of the job but you will be fired or later Off before that happens

      Pros

      This company was not always like this. Last year they had good leadership and decent KPI's. My team and leaders were fantastic! However now, stay far far away! I'm writing this review as a warning because I don't want to watch any more of my friends get fired for not reaching the new unrealistic standards.

      You won't make it out of training, the amount of people they are laying off every month is insane.

      remote work. Some very smart colleagues.

      Nov 28th lay off. no warning or reasoning other than the bottom line. Not the employee-focused firm they sell themselves to be refusal to payout vacation time refusal to offer severance refusal to pay out an earned bonus due in march They hire bartenders and try to turn them into recruiters. You will see them high on lists, but their requisitions and a lot of their people are not good. Thus they have created a talent acquisition kindergarten. A heavily controlled environment filled with unskilled people.
