Management. Pay. This company is going downhill and fast. I loved it once upon a time but after 2020, things plummeted into the ground. I watched so many senior people leave. So many new hires fail training. People were told one thing then their mangers went back on their words…. Quickly. After my 5 years with LHH, I made the decision to leave and I’ve never been happier and less stressed.
