      Flex hours, ability to make independent decisions, lots of time focused on the clients and making a difference with them.

      Cons

      No pay raises ever, even for high performing employees. No recognition. No opportunity to be involved in change management initiatives. No development or career conversations. No opportunity to provide feedback.

      Honorable company mission.

      Cons

      VERY disorganized and should have processes down but don't. Not good with on boarding new people and getting them up and running in their roles. Pay is less than half of what is competitive in the market.
