The company totally changed and declined when it was bought out by LHH Knightsbridge lost its soul, energy, and passion to be client focused and innovative

Pros

I've worked at LHH and LHH Penna for over three years and have had loved every minute. As a true innovator, the organisation has grown at an incredible rate during my time and there is an amazing culture. The integration of the LHH and Penna businesses has also now taken us to another level. I would describe the culture as one of high performance and would say that the talent in the organisation is amazing. People are really committed to the cause and always give 100%. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the organisation as a great place to work and one where you can have a great career.

Cons

Because everyone is so committed, I do think that some people probably work too long hours.
